Please note: There is no monetary refund on any balances that remain on your vouchers. So please make sure you spend the voucher in full.

iHaunt Gift Vouchers are the perfect gift for all birthdays, anniversaries, secrets Santa’s, or Christmas presents with a difference.

Gift vouchers are valid for a full year from the time of purchase only.

Gift voucher are emailed within 24hours via email in PDF format.

If the purchased Gift Voucher, is not used within 12 months from the date of purchase, we will be unable to offer any exchanges or extended dates.

How to redeem and use your Gift Voucher.

Each Voucher has a unique code.
You only need to enter the Gift Voucher code once against your selected item(s).
The code will then activate the voucher amount against your purchase if the voucher does not cover the full basket cost you will be required to make the additional payment.
If the voucher amount is equal to your basket, then please complete your order details as requested so we can address or email the details to you.
