In 1926, servant Miss Chapman awoke to the smell of smoke drifting from the linen room. Moments later, flames tore through the Hall in a devastating fire that left destruction in its wake. The building was rebuilt in 1927… but some believe the events of that night left more behind than damage to brick and stone.

Visitors and investigators have since reported:
