Ribblesdale Hall

Reports of a malevolent spirit known as the “Black Dog.” He is said to be the ghost of a former guard of Ribblesdale Hall. He is said to appear to visitors as a shadowy figure, and he is said to be responsible for many of the strange and disturbing phenomena that occur at the hall.

Gisburne Park Hospital

There are many stories of paranormal activity at Gisburne Park Hospital. Visitors have reported seeing ghostly apparitions, hearing unexplained noises, and feeling strange presences. Some have even claimed to have been physically attacked by spirits.

Gisburne Park Psychiatric Jail

One of the most common haunting stories is that of a young woman who died in the hospital. She is said to haunt the hospital’s corridors, dressed in a white nightgown and weeping softly.

Hangman’s Cottage

Reports is that of seeing the ghost of a young boy playing in the barn, and a farmer from the 20th Century roaming the corridors.
